Q2: Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Answer: Yes, absolutely. We highly recommend ordering samples to inspect our quality and craftsmanship. Sample costs and shipping fees are borne by the buyer, but the sample cost can be deducted from your first bulk order.
Q3: What are your payment terms?
Answer: We accept secure international payment methods:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 50% deposit to start production, and 50% balance before shipment.
L/C (Letter of Credit): Accepted for larger orders (terms to be discussed).
PayPal / Western Union: Available for small sample orders only.
Q4: Do you ship internationally? What are the shipping methods?

Air Freight / Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Fast delivery (3-7 days), suitable for samples and urgent orders.
Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): Cost-effective for bulk orders, suitable for non-perishable goods.
Fresh Product Logistics: For orchids and herbs, we use specialized temperature-controlled air freight to ensure freshness.
Q5: What Incoterms do you support?
Answer: Our standard price quotes are Ex-Works (EXW) Thailand. However, we can provide FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) quotes upon request to suit your logistics preference.
Q6: Can I put my own brand/logo on the products (OEM)?
Answer: Yes! We specialize in OEM and Private Label services. We can help you with:
